Throughout my career, I have focused on educating healthcare providers, sharing insights on disease states, treatment options, and patient-centered care. Witnessing the profound impact of chronic illnesses—many of which are lifestyle-induced—inspired me to expand my understanding of health and wellness.
In 2015, I earned a Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and in 2022, I completed a Master’s degree in Health and Wellness Education. To further enhance my ability to educate and inspire others, I became a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) in 2023. These credentials reflect my commitment to evidence-based practices and a holistic approach to health.
I also understand how to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and help others do the same.
